Introduction to the group

 We are a group of first year university students studying Sports Business Management at Hartpury University. In our Introduction to Marketing module, we have been tasked with creating a blog and analyzing the marketing strategy of a company. The company that we picked is PRIME, a sports hydration drink created by Social Media influencers KSI and Logan Paul. Daniel: My name is Daniel. I am a 22 year old student at Hartpury. I am originally from Middlesbrough however at the age of 10 I moved to Switzerland and lived there for 11 years, before moving back to England to study at Hartpury.   SWOT Analysis According to Tim Berry (2017), the point of a SWOT analysis is to help develop a business strategy, where all of the business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are assessed. Through this analysis, a business knows how to operate in the marketplace. Strengths -          KSI and Logan Paul's social media status o    KSI has 13.2 million Instagram followers, 9 million followers on X (formerly Twitter) and a combined 40.4 million subscribers across two YouTube channels.
